Update: We no longer use this stove after replacing it with the Portable Induction Stove Add-on.

Usain’s induction cooktop is very nice, but cooking inside the van creates a lot of heat and moisture so we cook outside as much as we can. We purchased a small Coleman camping gas stove that uses the small propane bottles. We have a tote bag that is just the right size for storing the stove and gas bottle, which fits nicely in the rear closet when not in use. At some point I hope to purchase a hose to allow the stove to connect to the Boldt’s external propane connector so we don’t have to buy the bottles.
