Jan. 23, 2023: Isla Blanca County Park, South Padre Island, TX. I walk the beach everyday, and even the same stretch of sand is never the same. The weather varies —some days shorts, some days light jackets—and I manage to find something new. Like these cute sand crabs running around today. They are the occupants of the holes you see in the sand, and they blend in so well. One of them had food or a treasure in his claws. -Lisa
