Tonight we are using our Harvest Host membership to stay at the Meadow Lake Golf Course in Colby. The proprietor, Kevan, says it hasn’t rained in two years until yesterday when they got 3.5 inches. They are getting lots more today. We have been silencing our phones as the tornado and severe thunderstorm warnings come rolling in. The town’s sirens have gone off twice. We have had downpours, a little small hail, gentle rain, thunder & lightning and a little sunshine at one point. Our dinner was delicious in the clubhouse between storms.
