I previously had kept my laptops — personal and work — in a laptop bag, but it took up valuable storage space and was a pain to pull one or the other laptop out when needed. The solution was a couple of laptop mounts I found on Amazon. I installed one under one of the overhead cabinets with a bungee cord to keep it from flying out while traveling (learned from experience). The other laptop I mounted on the wall behind my bed (no bungee cord needed for it).
