Most days the weather is nice; certainly nicer than at home. Humidity is almost always present, but it varies, too. Low-lying fog is very common this time of year. Wind varies in speed and direction a lot, with cool and windy days making beach walking a challenge. It’s best to have the wind to your back on the sand, if you can manage that. The water is cold, but on warm, sunny days, it feels good and you aren’t cold when you get out. Cooler days are just for wading.
