Not sure if I saw this mod in the Winnebago Boldt or Travato Facebook group, but it’s one that I can highly recommend. We do a lot of hiking in all kinds of dirt and sand, so we’ve always kept a small brush inside the door for brushing our shoes and boots off before climbing into Usain. Having a mounted brush directly on the van is even better!

The one I ordered off of Amazon has 2 mounting options — Velcro straps or screws for more permanent mounting. I wanted it to hold fast when going down the road, so I went with the screws option. However, the screws provided with the brush weren’t long enough for the Boldt’s running board so I had to run to the hardware store to get the right size. As you can see from the photo below, it has been well used. Every once in a while a good spray with the hose at a campsite cleans it right up.
