Branson Landing – What Happened to the Pizza?

Kayaking in Turtle Paradise
We rented a couple of kayaks from the Table Rock Marina to putter around the bays on either side of our campground. Turtles of all ages were out sunning themselves. We could also see baby bluegills and some rather long largemouth bass in the clear-ish water. It was a beautiful, mid-60s sunny day!

White River Valley Red Trail
Part of the nearby White River Valley Trail System is closed for hunting, but we hiked the red trail while the cats napped. It was a beautiful woodland, rocky trail that also had two motivated mountain bikers riding this “most technically challenging” part of the system.

Adventure Cat and Sassy Cat
Catnip puts up with the harness because it gets her outside, but Primrose “disappears” when the harnesses and leashes come out. Primitive Olde Crow and Winery

We visited the Missouri towns of Richmond, the county seat for Ray County and Lexington, the county seat for Lafayette. Small towns with beautiful squares around their courthouses are fun to walk through.
