Lake Erie State Park in NY. We stopped in Dunkirk first to see the lighthouse there. Today, it is very hot. We won’t have an electrical hookup tonight, so we try to find shade to park the van during the day. Running the air for sleeping feels good, but it takes about half of our lithium battery storage to do so. The batteries will recharge when we drive the next day. We walked along the Dunkirk city pier and nearby park. The coal-burning power plant next door has shut down due to wind generation (yay), and people are down enjoying the beach along the front.
