Our first mountain driving with Usain, and he did well:). We made it through the ups and downs and the Eisenhower Tunnel just fine. Our destination was Heaton Campground on Dillon Lake between Dillon and Frisco, Colorado. We are back to the bear boxes in the campsites.

The van ahead of us in the picture below when we went through the tunnel was quite the custom job and painted an interesting color. We have seen many more vans on this trip, both custom and manufactured, than on our previous trips.

We ended up spending a couple of days at Heaton. We had sunny, cloudy, rainy and cool weather while here.
