As we left Lake Dillon, we walked the town of Frisco’s Main Street and had a wonderful lunch of breakfast food from Bread and Salt. Then we spent the night at the Stoneyard Distillery in Dotsero, CO. Our drinks, all made from distilled Colorado beet sugar.

Our taste test at the distillery started with their 176 proof spirits and ended with a peanut butter and jelly flavored product. Very interesting. We purchased a small bottle of their Cinnamon Fire. It is similar to Fireball but with a cleaner, less syrupy finish (at least that’s what the bartender told us so it must be true).
