I had a lovely visit to the aquarium in Corpus Christi this year. Tony stayed in the van working and keeping the cats company. Highway 181 with the Harbor Bridge is elevated here and there is a huge parking lot below. Makes for shady parking in the hot summer months.

They had nice displays centered around different parts of the Caribbean Sea, including reefs, shoreline, deep sea and the colonizing process of oil rig support posts.
They have four dolphins and do shows where each one has a trainer with them. Two of the trainers were just observing the dolphins at play when I went to watch them underwater after the show.
Ocelots have a rescue program, and I actually saw one walking through her exhibit.
This is a really fun place for kids with places to interact with sea creatures.
