2026 Snowbird Trip Recap

Our snowbird trip to the Southwest was an overwhelming success. While we missed the beaches of Texas this winter, we didn’t miss the humidity. The weather couldn’t have been better, and the unusually warmer months of February and March allowed us to venture further north in Arizona than we had originally planned. We added 3 new states to Usain’s travel map — Arizona, Nevada, and California — 4 new National Parks — Saguaro, Joshua Tree, Grand Canyon, and Petrified Forest, and several National Monuments. For this trip we put nearly 6,400 miles on Usain, without any mechanical problems along the way.
