No explanation is really needed for this add-on. We found this trashcan on Amazon and it fits really well hanging on the side of the galley sink.

What are the Amazon & Bestex boxes above the trash can?

The Amazon plug goes to an Amazon Echo (aka Alexa). The Bestek is a small 12-volt power inverter. It provides powered outlets when the big Volta inverter is off (see https://usainvanboldt.com/2022/04/11/mini-inverters-add-on/).
