We drove in rain to the Artesian RV Park in Brenham. We took some time to install some additional hooks for jackets and cat-proof (hopefully) screens on two windows. If they work, these screens, held in place with Velcro around the window frame, will prevent Catnip and Primrose from “falling” outside by making the open windows more secure. They have both pushed their faces through the RV screens, and Catnip attempted to chase a squirrel through the window. A quick grab of her back leg by Tony prevented her chase and the squirrel lived to chatter at Catnip another day. No cats allowed outside without harnesses and leashes!

Walking around the pond and looking at the grass, this area of Texas is in need of the rain that continued to fall during the day and overnight. We even had some thunder!
